When you use our web dashboard, we securely collect and temporarily store information provided by the Discord OAuth2 API. This includes your Discord User ID, username, avatar, and a list of servers you manage. In our database, we permanently store server configuration data, such as your Discord Server ID (Guild ID), configured channel IDs, and custom ban messages.
We use your data strictly to provide the core functionality of the Guillotine Bot. Server configuration data allows the bot to know which channels to monitor. User session data is used exclusively to allow you to authenticate and access the settings for servers you administer.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information or server data to outside parties. Your data remains completely private and is used solely for the bot's operations.
Your session data is destroyed when you log out. If you disable the Guillotine Bot for a server via the dashboard, the configuration for that server is immediately and permanently deleted from our database.
